Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of raw angel hair pasta
- 240gms raw chicken/beef mince
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 4 cups of your choice of vegetables thinly chopped – beans, carrot, broccoli, spring onion
- 4 tsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp cornflour to thicken
Method
Preheat pan to medium high heat.
Bring a pot to boil and add pasta until cooked through.
Add all remaining ingredients to the preheated pan with 2 teaspoons coconut oil to cook.
Cook chicken and noodle through and serve.
TOP TIP – To make this meal complete with Protein, Carbs and Fats adding a few walnuts on top is perfect!!! 🙂
