In this latest installment of the ‘Back to the Basics’ series we take you through the Barbell Bicep Curl . When you perform this exercise correctly you can really isolate the target muscle group . Grip the barbell firmly with a shoulder width grip , tuck your elbows in tight by your sides, keep your back straight, chest up and your shoulders back . Perform a smooth rep with a good squeeze at the top of the movement … if your doing it correctly all the tension will be on the bicep .
