Benefits of Green Tea

Green Tea offers a host of benefits including fat metabolization, increased memory and anti-oxidant activity. Traditional Chinese medicine has long recommended Green Tea for all sorts of ailments and conditions, including headaches , body aches and pains, digestion, depression, immune enhancement, detoxification and as an energizer.

Epigallocatechin Gallate or EGCG for short is a particular compound found in Green Tea that sparks a process in our bodies called ‘thermogenesis’.
