In a few weeks time, marks the year anniversary I have been with Dynamic nutrition. Looking back over it, I really wouldn’t have done anything differently. The Duo not only initially helped me to achieve my short term weight loss goals at the time with ease, they also helped me to completely overhaul and re-look at what I wanted out of my body in the long run. In the many months leading in to my initial meeting with Steph for the first time I felt overweight, lacked confidence, ate very little and trained sporadically among many other bad habits. My attitude and understanding of diet was ‘if I didn’t eat, I wouldn’t gain weight’. All of this changed drastically after my first consultation. I was told to decrease my cardio and was given a fantastic meal plan to follow on a daily basis. The dynamic team were extremely supportive. They made it all seem so easy for me by always being available to bounce around ideas of diet and training and also change what needed to be changed in the regime if i wasn’t enjoying myself. Today I still follow Dynamic Nutrition plans and heed training advice from both Steph and Brendon. It is the most ‘feel-good’ and rewarding lifestyle I have ever taken part of and I can’t see myself doing anything differently. I would recommend the Dynamic team to anyone wanting to seek change in their health and nutritional lifestyle. I look forward to working along side the team in years to come.
