12 week Transformation

Dynamic Nutrition has completely turned my diet on its head, and at the same time I’ve managed to achieve a physique I never thought was attainable. I’ve always generally struggled with my weight. Throughout university I never appreciated the importance of both fitness and nutrition and with an alcohol and take-away fuelled diet, I weighed in at over 100kg. Over the next 3 to 4 years I worked hard at improving my diet and increasing my fitness levels through applying relatively basic principles of eating less and moving more. My body weight reduced to a low of 72kg, but I still had a body fat percentage between 16% and 18%. At this point I accepted that I would never get my body fat percentage any lower. Prior to starting with Dynamic Nutrition I signed up for Crossfit (with the guys at Latitude 39) and started a 90% paleo / caveman diet. Throughout this 6-9 months of training my mass increased to over 80kg whilst my body fat remained generally the same. Reluctantly, I signed up for Dynamic Nutrition in January. Brendon and Steph immediately identified issues with my cortisol levels and provided me with a specific nutrition plan, which involved having steak for breakfast, porridge before bed and a slight reduction in overall training load. Within the first 3 weeks I was amazed at the changes to my body and rapid body fat loss. I had shifted almost 33% of my body fat and was down to just over 10%. By the end of the 12-week initial program, I had dropped over 50% of my body fat and was down to under 7%. I’ve learnt so much about my body and the need for adequate, timely nutrition. At no point during the plan did I feel hungry and Brendon and Steph were always just a quick email away as and when I needed guidance.
