Ingredients
- 200gms unsweetened Kalo OR Anchor Protein Plus Yogurt
- 1 heaped teaspoon Pure Greens Health Supplement
- 1 scoop whey/plant Protein Powder
- 10gms Nut Butter – Cashew/Almond/Peanut
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- 3 pieces Dark Chocolate (75% or above)
Method
Weigh 200gms yogurt in a dessert bowl and add Greens and Protein Powder. Mix to combine.
Add 10gms of a Nut Butter of your choice to the centre and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place 3 pieces of Dark Chocolate around the yogurt.
