Delicious Dessert Bowl

Ingredients

  • 200gms unsweetened Kalo OR Anchor Protein Plus Yogurt
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Pure Greens Health Supplement
  • 1 scoop whey/plant Protein Powder
  • 10gms Nut Butter – Cashew/Almond/Peanut
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon
  • 3 pieces Dark Chocolate (75% or above)

Method

Weigh 200gms yogurt in a dessert bowl and add Greens and Protein Powder. Mix to combine.

Add 10gms of a Nut Butter of your choice to the centre and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Place 3 pieces of Dark Chocolate around the yogurt.

TOP TIP – This meal is even tastier if placed in the fridge/freezer for 30 minutes before eating.
