Dirty Pizza Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh ciabatta bread, slice the top off, put aside for later and remove the inside so you’re left with a hollow bread shell
  • pizza sauce to spread on base of bread
  • 300gms deli salamis/roast beef/hot port – any of your choice
  • 150gms shredded chicken
  • a range of vegetables – spinach, red onion, gherkins, mushrooms, garlic
  • half block of camembert cheese – thinly sliced
  • favourite low sugar sauce

Method

Pre-heat oven to 200degrees celcius Fan Bake.

After taking out the contents of the ciabatta bread spread pizza sauce along the bottom.

Combine all deli meats, shredded chicken and vegetables in a large bowl then place inside ciabatta.

Top with camembert cheese and a good swirl of your favourite low sugar sauce.

Place top of the bread back in its rightful place and put in the oven for 45 minutes-1 hour to warm inside of ciabatta entirely.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly before cutting and serving up 😀

 

TOP TIP – The ciabatta breads can be quite big once filled so placing something heavy and ovenproof on top of the bread while in the oven is a great way to compact it a bit which makes it easier to eat later 😀

This recipe will serve at least 2 people.
