Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon himalayan rock salt
- 100g almond flour
- 1 lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 brown onion, sliced and cooked
- 4 slices beetroot
- 1 carrot, grated
- 30grams camembert cheese
- 1 teaspoon aioli per burger
- 4 meat patties (150g or your normal meat portion each)
Method
Preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius on fan bake.
Blend butter and eggs together in a bowl.
Add almond flour and salt and pulse for 5-10 minutes or until batter is completely combined.
Pour equally along 4 large muffin moulds or small dessert bowls and place in the oven.
Bake for 26 minutes.
Remove from the oven, leave to completely cool and slice in half.
Design your bun with meat, vegetables, cheese and aioli.
