Us Ladies Can Do It Too!! :)

US LADIES CAN DO IT TOO!! ๐Ÿ˜€
So… a couple weeks ago Brendon posted a photo of his Biosignature Assessment and what he did each week to elicit change so I thought I would share mine from the same time ๐Ÿ™‚

I am the sort of person that is all or nothing, those of you that know me well will understand this, I am either 100% dieting or 100% not ๐Ÿ˜€ With us not competing until the end of the year this year I needed a goal, something to focus on as I was starting to become unhappy with how I was looking and knew I needed to make some changes. With a weekend away fast approaching (about 8 weeks out) I decided to make it my goal to get my mls down to where they were for my first bodybuilding show last year with diet as the only tool, no cardio!! haha

All the results you see here were done with slowly altering food each week, some weeks adding carbs in to drop more weight and some weeks adding in healthier types of fats like avocado instead of my all time favourite peanut butter haha Some sacrifices here and there, but also watching stress levels very closely. I’ve always had issues with stress management as I feel like I should be doing something every second of the day, but with the help of the ‘Calm’ meditation app, constant reminders to myself that relaxing is important for my health and my sanity and the good old infrared sauna, I am slowly getting better at prioritising this aspect of my life.

What Brendon stated in his post about what is measured is managed is 100% true. We use the Biosig Testing to track our progress weekly and make changes accordingly too, it is being consistent and being accountable that makes us so successful at changing our own bodies as well as all of yours.

Put in the time, put in the effort, prioritise you and your health and whatever it is that you want to achieve because you can do it and we will help you to get there, all you have to do is ask ๐Ÿ™‚
